How to Order

If you’re a member of the public you can purchase our titles in your local bookshop, or you can order online by using the checkout process on this website.

If you’re a trade customer, please select one of the options below:


Opening a Trade Account

If you’d like to set up a trade account with us, you can do so by contacting our Sales Ledger Manager, Grant Davidson:

You can also fill in our online Account Registration Form. By filling in this form you will be set up as a Trade Account with an account number, and also as a Trade Customer on our website. You will receive a unique login and password for this website, which allows you to log in and use the checkout process to purchase titles at a trade discount, check stock availability, and save individual titles for later on our Wishlist function, which you can then forward via email, download as a spreadsheet, or use to add quantities of saved titles to your basket.

Please note we distribute Marvel and Dark Horse titles to the book trade only.

Back Orders

If an item you order via any of the above methods is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You can always contact our customer services team to get a copy of your back order list and they can amend or cancel it if required.


Payment & Account Queries

Please quote your account number when making payment, together with details of the invoices and credits you are clearing.

Include remittance advice in hard copy or email it to Sales Ledger Manager, Grant Davidson via grant.davidson@turnaround-uk.com

Do not send cash in the post.

Returns

We can facilitate Industry Returns Initiative and Batch returns. Please contact our Returns Supervisor, Panicos Koni to arrange a returns request:

Returns requests must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Returns will be considered after 3 months and up to 15 months from invoice date. 
  • Returns must be clearly authorised by either a representative from Turnaround or the Sales Manager. Only parcels bearing Turnaround’s Authorised Returns Label will be accepted by our Warehouse.
  • Returns requests should also list clearly the ISBN, title, quantity and the invoice numbers on which the books were supplied.
  • Authorised returns must be received in mint condition.

To register for monthly mailouts of our Buyers Notes and Graphic Novel Buyers Notes, please email publicity@turnaround-uk.com, specifying whether you would like to receive them by post or email.
