Our dedicated in-house Customer Services team is available 9-5, five days a week, to help both publishers and customers with any queries or issues. We’re always happy to help with anything from orders and stock transfers to event stock and author copies, so don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call!
As well as offering help and advice, our Customer Services team are responsible for managing daily orders and EDIs, customer returns, publisher transfers, and generally making sure our books get wherever they need to be, whenever they need to be there.
The team is managed by Debbie Richards and includes Assistant Manager Aiste Miglinaite, Andrew Henderson, and Panicos Koni. They are the first point of contact for any queries and issues so please do get in touch.
